SLA targets
- Gateway uptime — 99.9% monthly (Pro), 99.95% (Enterprise contract).
- Detector latency — p95 < 50 ms gate decision, p99 < 200 ms.
- Webhook delivery — 3 retries with exponential backoff + jitter.
- Audit log durability — Merkle anchor daily; offline-verifiable.
SLAs are contractual on Enterprise tier; documented targets on Pro and Team. The Free tier is best-effort and may have scheduled maintenance windows.
